Digital Product Design

Successful products are not only visually appealing, but are primarily tailored to the user's needs.

Our method is based on design thinking, on a human centered approach that gives users the best experience.

In each stage of the business we intervene with our methods and tools to offer the best support, from the concept to the UX and UI, from the research to the validation and branding, to successfully bring your digital product to the market.

The design of the digital product goes through several processes.

Analysis and research

The analysis and research stage is when we study the field of reference, user habits and the business model. We gather key data to establish the best strategy to implement for the project.

We transfer ideas into workflows, flow charts that help make the product more real, we explore all the possibilities, user interactions with the product, mapping the individual interactions on a branch of the application workflow.

In some cases it is useful to go beyond the wireframe and build ideal but functional models, from the interactive mockup to the MVP. Through these artifacts it is possible to foresee and test some technical and implementation solutions as well as define the basis for strategic decisions on the project.

Test and validation

Checking the proposed solution with potential customers contributes to the refinement of the product, improves the design, clarifies its objective and its functioning by exploring potential weaknesses and aspects to be improved, speeding up the subsequent development phases in order to bring out any problems immediately.

Visual design

The stage of defining the final design. After positively passing the previous stages, the designer can finalize all the visual aspects of the product and prepare the technical field for the developers.

The stage where the developers make the magic happen: the product is made by implementing the design and behaviors defined in the previous stages. These stages are guaranteed by different tools and processes that we use daily; here are some of them.

UX Design

The study of UX (User Experience) is fundamental to create solutions that are not only tailored to the needs of the users, but also bring tangible results to the business. The study of User Experience practically covers almost all stages of product design and development, drawing on a wide range of different disciplines.

UI Design

The creation of accessible and responsive interfaces for the product is essential to facilitate interactions and aesthetically present the product in the best possible way. Working closely with those involved in the UX, the UI designer creates all those multimedia elements that facilitate user interactions (Interaction design), establishing guidelines and ensuring the consistency of the designed system.

Usability Tests

These tests are conducted with various techniques depending on the digital product, they can be carried out en masse using platforms dedicated to tracking user behavior, but they can also be conducted in-house by recording the behavior and interaction of users who do not know the product. This way it is possible to discover any frictions and problems that did not emerge during the design phase.
