The design of the digital product goes through several processes.

Working closely with those involved in the UX, the UI designer creates all those multimedia elements that facilitate user interactions (Interaction design), establishing guidelines and ensuring the consistency of the designed system.
These tests are conducted with various techniques depending on the digital product, they can be carried out en masse using platforms dedicated to tracking user behavior, but they can also be conducted in-house by recording the behavior and interaction of users who do not know the product. This way it is possible to discover any frictions and problems that did not emerge during the design phase.
